Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

Shipping
Flat rate shipping is $15 CAD anywhere in Canada. Orders over $60 CAD ship free.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates from our shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our hands, transit time and any delays are outside our control.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We’ll sort it out from there.

Returns
Because our products are a hygiene item, we can’t accept returns on opened or used soap.

If you’d like to return an unopened, unused item for any other reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
