These terms govern your use of naturalsoap.supply, operated by Audika Brands Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada.

Use of this site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version.

Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and pricing information is accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines, damage reporting, and our return policy are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

Product use
Our soap is made with natural ingredients. As with any personal care product, we recommend a small patch test before full use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Audika Brands Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Audika Brands Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.
